Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Write.
I put an order with this company, for 15 days didnt even receive any communication about the order, nothing.
Then after 15 days it finally said that it was shipping, through usps, even though I had listed my adddess right like for the hundreds of packages I receive daily,plus my phone, still with no call or communication my package was sent back to sender after I had been waiting over 20 days. And no response of reparations from the company or any care.
