Beautiful product, but the metal studs pop off easily. I have worn them a maximum of 8-10 times due to the shoes being suede, and it has been extremely rainy where I reside.
If the customer service process flowed seamlessly, that would be great, and there would be no irritation on my part. Not the case with MF's customer service. It requires a 39-minute phone call, two emails, and a trip to the UPS store. Once the shoes are scanned by UPS, I will receive a gift card via email and have to order again to receive a replacement.
I have obviously been spoiled by other companies that readily send a replacement, recognizing it is their product that has caused the issue. Also, the shoes cannot be repaired, as they do not have extra metal studs available. So why not recommend I donate them to a local charity? Please keep in mind, I had to also send two pictures of the shoes via email while on the phone with their customer service team member to even be considered for a return option.
I will not make the MF mistake again.
P.S. Within 14 days of ordering the shoes, they went on sale. I contacted customer service and requested a price adjustment.
NOPE! I would have to return and reorder to receive the sale price.
Not worth the hassle. Thank goodness for companies like Anthropologie.

No communication with MF. Seems like they could care less for a customer like me.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
No help
Its been two weeks since I ordered boots that i was to wear on New Years. I had two orders, one of them was delivered in time(btw this was the second order two orders) arrived first.
My boots still not here, customer service pretty much offered no help.
They gave me the excuse that they ran out of the shoe. Charged my card immediately still no shoes.

Shoes
Made a purchase and the shoes were defective. Contacted them a month ago.
No one had responded to my issue. Customer service said this morning that the issue would be escalated.

Responding to your request regarding a delivery mistake
Call regarding two wrong size Emove sneakers that were delivered. I had to order a third pair and was helped by a woman name Leslie.
She was very helpful and I hope that my third order will be the correct one. I have never had this experience before and hope never to have it again.
I have been buying Easy Spirit shoes or sneakers for several years and love them. Thank you for your help and kindness.
