I was going to finance it and after the deal was done and drove it home , a week later they were asking for documents that should have been asked for the day I was there..Then they started sending me text threats about bringing the truck back to them or pay cash. So I went ahead and paid cash. We had a vacation planned 2 days later and drove the truck to pick up a few things and it broke down on us (only had it less than 30 days). I had to get it towed. Long story short, it was the transmission and they said it needs a new or rebuilt one but they will not pay for it!! The service department said they would do the service at their cost of $7900 but we would have to pay for it! I couldn't believe what was going on. They wouldn't even pay half... sooo I had to get it towed (at my expense and that's another scam by them) to a local shop in my area and got it done for $ 4000. The owner (KC)GM would not get on the phone with me at all and the salesman AJ is right along with him telling me i need to talk with service manager.
