Racism
My husband and I sat in the long line with everyone else, and when it finally came our turn, the employee skipped over us and went to the people behind us. I'm Mexican and everyone else in the line was not.
The people behind us, whom the employee was trying to serve before us, even told him that we were in front.
I chimed in to let him know that we were as well, and he merely looked at us and said that someone else could serve us, and continued with their order. We sat there and were passed over while eight more people went past us until another employee finally noticed what was happening and took care of our order.

Order cake no cake
I ordered a cake Wednesday no for Saturday 330. I was there before 330 asked for my cake.
There's no cake. None ask to speak to a manager was told they'll call me not one call. I was like sir I'm need my money back cause I had to by a cake from coldstone well if there is something they can do they'll call called back 2 hr when we'll they call idk if they can do something they'll call. This was my daughters 18th birthday I spent over an hour there.
Not even a exchange because they had no cakes in the freezer all tho he did offer. I find this ridiculous it put me back for time setting up all that it was truly horrible.

I went to two different Marble Slab locations in San Antonio, TX to purchase gift cards. However, neither the employee on Hwy 281 nor Interstate 1604 knew how to sell gift cards. Disappointingly, I had no gift cards to give to my relatives for Christmas.

Unable to find employee who knew how to sell gift cards

Subpar icecream and product
The icream was not to proper temperature as it was dripping as it was scooped into a stale waffle cone. I summoned the manager she did not see a problem. She offered another but the point was mute since all looked melted.

Subpar icecream and product
Icecream freezer display cases were not to correct temperature. Icecream was dripping as it was scooped.
Waffle cone was stale.
I paid $20 for a cup and cone and had to throw them away. ALL of the icecream was melted and the freezers were in need of defrosting.
The ice was 2 inches thick on all sides. Probably why it was not to correct temperature.

Very unsanitary and nasty found hair in my ice cream and let the shift manager know and store they call me raciest because I found hair and I have let know about the hair and glove how multiple employees place hands in hair and try to take orders so I just a employee that look nicely groom and ask that person will assist with my ice cream but I was call raciest I was

You are not entitled to a refund if you cannot afford to pay for the ice cream, get a carton from the grocery store. You eat the ice cream and pay for it. Try visiting the soup kitchen if you cannot afford to pay for the ice cream.
I doubt that it has to do with your being Mexican. You are ashamed of being Mexican.

So, after this alleged incident, you still proceeded to order and consume ice cream and NOW, after the fact, are asking for your money back. Hold up!
That is not how it works. You don't get to experience the "poor service" but hang around and still place an order and then want your money back.
Did you and your husband discuss this plan while standing in line? The correct thing to do would have been to have gotten out of line and voiced your complaint to the manager or best case scenario, the owner.
