He only agreed to give me the 360 point for 9 stamp cards (9 stamp cards x 8 stamp each card, 1 stamp equal to 5 points, total: 9 cards x 8 stamps x 5 points = 360 points), however the value of 360 points equal to C$36. For this value, I can only get only 4 small cones at $7.59 plus tax each instead of 9 free cones.

His explanation is below:

We have transitioned away from the use of stamp cards and had prominently displayed messages on our in-store menu boards leading up to the phase-out date of December 31, 2023, to communicate this change.

Following this transition, each stamp now equates to 5 points within the mobile application.

As I mentioned before, I would like to have my 9 free cone ice-cream back. You only give me 360 points that equals C$36.00. For a small cone, it costs $7.59 plus tax=C$8.58, I can only get 4 free cones using 360 points instead of 9 free cone ice-cream. I would like to have 9 free cone ice-cream instead of 4.

Please be aware that I have never got any notice or email from your store and neither have your apps nor be in your store for a while. I totally did not know about the transition away from the use of stamp cards until lately I visited your store to buy a birthday card.

I would appreciate it if you could grant me back 9 free cone ice-cream and look forward to hearing a positive reply promptly from you.
