Verified Reviewer |Why is it every time I make a payment , then the next time I make a payment yall telling me that I'm late or I haven't made a payment and that I'm still at 3,000 still and last month when I paid
This third-party that I have to go through is not logging in my payment, and then want me to pay again. I will not double pay, how am I supposed to take care of my daughter if I'm double paying

I lost the number that I call to make a payment, and I really need it to make a payment. Can you send it to me?

- Hard to make payments
Took the money, didnt work on my case and refuse to refund me as per the little service provided
I reached out to Marble for a custody modification, HUGE error.. the customer service trying to bring client in is very well trained who follow up until you pretty much sign up,, using technic such as telling you, you need to act asap and before the other party files, etc..
once payment has been made, then welcome to a complete different world where customer service is rude and would hang up on you if you search to get updates on your case. If you complain about it then another well trained supervisor will take over, show a lot of empathy but what that does is only dragging the case further along, creating more delays and stress on your side. Let s say it, there is a huge disconnect between the so called top notch attorney who will give you 5min of his time and then block you and the legal assistant that is M.I.A. They hide behind the main / toll free number CS people who can not provide any information and advise of 3 business days to get a simple YES or NO, which often does not happen Those people pray on clients in distress and went to them seeking for help and support...
highly dishonest and unethical. They make it very difficult to speak to someone who actually knows what is going on. In short, Marble law not only almost got my case dismissed and the serving guidelines were not followed, delayed my case by over 3 months but also kept so far 60% of my down payment claiming an unfunded mediation and court appearance that never took place as my ex was never served during the entire time I was under contract with them..
Please do yourself a favor and read the BBB reviews about this business and before signing / paying anything.. T
