Buyer beware. I purchased the packaged deal offered on the site for $177.68. I received it in a damaged box, but all contents seemed ok, so I used the product. I listened to the LAME instructional DVD several times, and called to talk with the owner in a lengthy phone conversation about how to use the product. In the end, the marble did not shine as promised. In the end, I called back and the owner said I needed to buy more product. I was repeatedly told I should buy more product, but that "additional product purchase" was never disclosed on the site. I did not want to spend more money, I thought I would have had what I needed. I was dissatisfied. In the end, I returned the remaining product in the box it came in and called the owner after a week of tracking that he had received it. He said he received my box, but since the box was damaged he was not going to refund the money. He continued to try to sell me more product. He hung up never addressing the fact that I notified him all along that I was having trouble getting what I was promised, a shiny marble counter. I wanted a refund. He never agreed to a refund. This was a painful experience. I would never do business with them again. sincerely, Ripped off in Florida.
