Lies, no call back and no offer of overnighting your mistake

Miscommunications should be avoided by notifying the customer of a problem. I wish I could tell you how many calls I made and spent wasted time.Your emails are very direct and I apologize it is a weekend for me and I don’t sit over my personal email.I wish I had that type of communication rather than a BRUSH OFF THE PHONE COMMENT, “It will be in your hands Friday afternoon “Sincerely,Flo Ann Daniel

Please take a look at my order. I called on Thursday and was promised it would be here yesterday before 5 oclock.

It didnt I called today and no one wanted to call me back and I called and called and finally someone answered me and said something happened to the order and its not gonna be delivered I think the next one next time youll get it is sometime next week Not offering overnight, not telling me what happened and not confirming that they never called me to tell me which means my receipt means nothing because its a new receipt number now Ive been waiting since 1130 to talk to the manager and he or she is not called me back. Is that great Customer Service or what

Poor customer service

Gift Card

I have a gift card or $150 from Marathon that I tried to use. When presented at the store (Marathon in Melrose) the card would not be accepted.

The serial # of the card is 961154****049960. The number under the serial # is 5053 and the number in the lower left of the card is 04456.

Please confirm whether or not this card is still valid and why it might have been rejected. Also, do we have a recourse to now use the card?

I was taken through a long process in order to make a phone call only to be told to leave a message.

Thats the worst experience as a customer.

No customer service

After placing an order that my card shows approved, the website said invalid card. You cant call about your order as theres no customer service.

The only number provided on here rings in to mailbox is full. I havent received an email from store with a transaction number or anything yet my card is pending and approved?
