Dear Marathon,
I received this pair of black/white Saucony Triumph 23 shoes in size 10.5/Wide (2E) today. That is my usual size in the many Sauconys I've owned.
Unfortunately, the shoe is too short. I need a size 11/Wide (2E). Assuming you have or can obtain a pair in this size, I'd like to return yours and receive the larger one.
Unfortunately, your online returns portal is not working on my computer. I'd like to ship the pair I have back via UPS, FedEx (preferably), or any other label you send me. I have the original boxes and materials. Is it possible for you to send me a label for return shipping via email, and then send me the same shoe (and color) 11/Wide (2E)?
If you don't have 11/Wide (2E), then a 11.5/Wide (2E) may well fit as the existing shoe is quite tight. Thanks for your immediate attention to this matter.

User's recommendation: Marathon replied lightning fast to my email, despite the later hour on the East Coast. They immediately agree to my request for a larger shoe size of the identical style/color shoe and confirmed one was in stock. They also sent me a label for my return of the Saucony shoes that were too small. The label was affixed and the box was downstairs in minutes for pickup tomorrow. Though I don't have the substitute shoes yet, Marathon's response was extraordinarily professional, prompt and efficient by any standard. What a pleasure with which to do business!

It was an absolutely hellacious and horrid experience! Out of the literal thousands of online sellers I could purchase a particular brand and style of sneaker from, I chose marathon sports.
The biggest shopping mistake I have made online, ever. I ordered a brand new pair of sneakers well over $100, and they shipped me a used pair.There is no telephone contact number directly to a customer service line. Another irritation. I got the runaround between the Connecticut store in old Saybrook and the online customer service helpdesk via email only.After finally making connection with somebody that could help with the situation, I was asked if I would like credit back to my original payment method or store credit, to which I replied, refund back to original payment method.
Days later I received an email from marathon sports stating that they issued me a store gift card and it was ready to be usedI then had to contact them again, through much aggravation of course… And finally got somebody to switch it over to refunding to my original payment method.A very dissatisfying, disheartening, aggravating and upsetting experience with marathon sports. I will not show up with them again.
They sent me a used pair of sneakers. I emailed with them at marathon sports support, requested full refund to original payment method They intern gave me a gift card to use at their store. This is unprofessional!
Not satisfactory! This is a disgusting way to do business and there is no telephone number to reach the customer service support team.
I do not recommend using this company for anything other than their bathroom.

It didnt I called today and no one wanted to call me back and I called and called and finally someone answered me and said something happened to the order and its not gonna be delivered I think the next one next time youll get it is sometime next week Not offering overnight, not telling me what happened and not confirming that they never called me to tell me which means my receipt means nothing because its a new receipt number now Ive been waiting since 1130 to talk to the manager and he or she is not called me back. Please confirm whether or not this card is still valid and why it might have been rejected. Also, do we have a recourse to now use the card?

I was taken through a long process in order to make a phone call only to be told to leave a message.
Thats the worst experience as a customer.

No customer service

After placing an order that my card shows approved, the website said invalid card. You cant call about your order as theres no customer service.
The only number provided on here rings in to mailbox is full. I havent received an email from store with a transaction number or anything yet my card is pending and approved?
