Hello,
My name is Goni.
On the 19th of June, I purchased a flight ticket using Kissandfly.com for Friday, the 27th of June, from Heraklion, Crete, to Palma de Mallorca, Spain, with a 12-hour layover in Friedrichshafen, Germany. The flight operator is Marabu company.

In my payment, I included check-in baggage and added the required extra fee for it.
On the morning of the 27th in Heraklion airport, the check-in counters were open late—about 2 hours or a bit less before the flight's departure. As it was an international flight and not domestic, I was surprised and knew the operation might get time-stressed because of it. I was right.
The line for check-in was very long, and we got short on time. As I approached the Marabu counter for check-in, I was told by Marabu's flight attendant that my check-in baggage was not included and that according to their information, I hadn't paid for it yet, and that I had to pay again, another £100, in order for it to go on the plane.
I tried to explain to the attendant that I had already paid for it via Kissandfly.com and to show her my receipt, payment confirmation, and tickets that your company had sent me, but she wouldn't listen.
She was very impatient and impolite to me and my situation. I understood she was stressed by the short time left before departure, but it should not have come at my expense.
I deserved to be heard and to be assisted—instead, she waved me away saying the counter is now closed and that I can either go pay for my baggage immediately or they fly without me. Of course, I was insulted by her rude behavior and felt humiliated.
Eventually, I had no option but to pay again for my baggage—£100.
I paid and ran as fast as I could to catch the plane before it departs.
The whole thing could have been avoided by opening the check-in counters sooner—3 hours prior to departure like most, if not all, flight companies do.
The second problem besides the unorganized and unprofessional operation is the flight attendant's behavior—which is unacceptable.
I am very upset and disappointed. It was my first time flying with Marabu, and I am deeply displeased.
I demand answers and some sort of compensation.

You should be more disappointed in kissandfly. Regardless of what your receipt says, if they did not transfer the money to the airline the baggage accommodation fell off your reservation.
You put yourself in a bad situation by forfeiting face-to-face service resolution with the airline.
You gave your money to kissandfly and agreed to let them handle all potential issues. I hope kissandfly refunds your money.
