Disrespectful agent

Scott Scranton is a racist and terrible at his job. He was very disrespectful and was bias as to saying i caused the accident and they company never investigated the accident never looked at my car and his only objective was to offer me 50/50. I declined and asked to speak to his supervisor which he laughed and would not transfer me to anyone. He got mad when i called him a racist and like all racist he denied and hung up on me. No Help

This company is the worst auto insurance company! My car was hit while parked and the person who hit my car has Commerce ... They have the most incompetent people employed by them that I have ever dealt with!!! Take my advise and NEVER INSURE WITH THIS COMPANY!

They made me angry

They called me and asked if I wanted an auto quote. I said yes, and they bundled my home insurance with it. Overall, I was saving about $400 a year. They emailed the papers and I signed them. I was told I had to pay in full to get another discount. I told him I had to go to the bank to move some money. We decided on a time for him to call me back, so I could pay for the policy. He never called. He had given me his number and extension, so I called him and left a message. Furthermore, he did not return my call. Called him later the same day and the same thing happened. Called him the next day and the same thing happened again

User's recommendation: Be wary of this company. There are better companies out there.

Accident

Merging onto 93 everybody was letting cars in one by one so I went in and some lady with a white van started speeding up and shes side swipe me like trying to push me off the road on my left side

I also have been with Commerce Ins./Mapfre for 30 plus years insuring my home and autos. I have monthly automatic payments set up that I have used for many years.

On 06//03/21 I received an email notification that cancellation of my auto insurance policy was being canceled and they had notified the registry of motor vehicles of the cancellation. When I called to find out what was going on and informed them I had automatic payment set up that I used for about 20 years not to mention I never received a 2021 billing I was told they have no record of me ever having automatic payment on my account. I was then required to make a payment on the phone with the representative to have the registration cancellation stopped.

A few days later I received a letter from the insurance company they had stopped the registry cancellation and a 'by the way we have issued new customer policy numbers'. Well after 30 years of homeowners and auto insurance with this company with absolutely no claims I am shopping for a new insurance company that has a higher rating than this 2nd rate company that also respects its customers.

MAPFFE Insurance MOST EXPENSIVE, MOST CORRUPT auto insurance company in the U.S. COnsumers BEWARE. They don't have money to finance your refund. They lie that the refund is in the mail.
