30 Days V 30 Years

I have had Mapfre insurance for over 30 years. Around Christmas 2017, my automatic bill pay at Santander Bank failed to pay the insurance for that month. So, Mapfre cancelled my insurance. I got a letter in the mail saying it was cancelled. I called and spoke with a young lady who didn't seem to understand that one late payment in 30 years should not result in cancellation. She kept saying that I was 30 days late. I told her I had been with the company for 30 years. She was very snippy and rude. Finally, I called my local insurance rep and he straightened it out for me. Insurance was reinstated. As soon as the insurance year is over (July, 2018), I will be switching to a new insurance carrier. If Mapfre doesn't understand customer loyalty, they don't need my business.

MAPFRE WORST INSURANCE

MAPFFE Insurance MOST EXPENSIVE, MOST CORRUPT auto insurance company in the U.S. COnsumers BEWARE. They don't have money to finance your refund. They lie that the refund is in the mail.
