As I know this product very well however I m rating this for the customer service because since 4 days gone my order is not yet shipped and I got reply is out if stock disgusting

I purchased a microphone from Amazon that had an 12 month warranty on it. My microphone broke before the warranty expired although now I can't reach anyone from Maono company in USA to help me with my microphone with an unexpired warranty. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed at your professionalism with Consumers.

Maono PD200X not working in ASUS LAPTOP
Maono PD200x is not supported on ASUS Vivobook 16 laptop, and the output sound is not clear; this microphone is not working well.

Verified BuyerThe background music doesn’t work and the DENOISE BUTTON doesn’t work either.
- - Cannot reach Maono tech support.
- - Recording lacks music; input won't connect; Maono unit can't be added.
- - Static is bad; denoise button doesn't work.
I tried to call technical support after several hours of trying to set up This Maono podcast bundle! But I couldnt connect with them.
So I decided to call Amazon technical support and yes it works but after a couple days I was surprised when I did recording there was no music background and I turned it off and turned it back on and checked my laptop sounds the output still working but the input on the other hand doesnt connect! I couldnt even add the Maono unit .
And also the Static is so bad The DENOISE BUTTON doesnt work at all. I gave up

I was connected on the line and said answer the phone when it ring but my phone didnt ring at all and the call was indeed!! How did the call indeed while I didnt get a call back?? Was it horrible??
