They will not pay your claim
There is a reason why this pet insurance company is the cheapest. They will not pay your claim.
I paid for the policy for months. They refused to pay my claim even though I went back and sent all of the records.
They will do everything they can to make it difficult for the customer and will not pay in the end. I had to cancel and go to another company.
