On April 21 2020 I bought a split end trimmer from an online discount store that was advertised on either Facebook or Instagram. In mid May I reached out and asking how long of a delay it would be for shipping due to Covid-19. I get a response saying it would take a week more for shipping. On the tracking app provided by them it said that on May 21st it got shipped to third party shipping facility that's an hour away from the town I live in.Two days later I called the third party shipping facility to find out that the package was never shipped to them or that the United States Postal Service ( USPS) Picked it up and was planning on delivering it to my home. I called the United States Postal Service and gave them the tracking number to find out from them that the package was not going to be delivered to my home due to the tracking number being a fraudulent tracking number. The United States Postal Services told me to mark in the app that the package was delivered even though it was not and to contact the merchant and explain to the merchant what The United States Postal Services said about the tracking information. I contacted the merchant via email ( only what customers can contact the business) and asked why my item wasn't delivered. When the responded they said according to the tracking information your package as been delivered and if it didnt get delivered to your home its usually at the Post Office or they never respond to my emails. I have reached out to the merchant countless times to speak to a manager or the owner but I get nothing from them. I paid almost $ 70 and I have not gotten the product. Thank God my bank refunded the money when the merchant refused to do so.
