I do not have a PRO account or able to access...

I do not have a PRO account or able to access one, yet I am being charged on a monthly basis for USD25/- The most recent subscription charge was for March 9th, 2023. I am unable to 'cancel' it online or in my account as I do not have one. I contacted Manychat several times and ticket numbers as as follows, #405023, 405020, 403037, 403031. No response from ManyChat
