They locked me out and never respond
- - My premium account is locked and I can't reset my password.
- - They haven't replied to emails, and no support phone line is listed.
They never responded. Apple says manycam app works in regular windows but does not work in emulator windows in parallels app. They do not even say a word on this.
They never respond even though I share my review with them. This is rare bird company disregarding reviews of its customers. What is next level solution for manycam company?
They claimed they locked me out they thought I am spammer. They still do not respond ro my support emails.
I am a premium member, and they locked me out. They are not allowing me to renew my password to unlock my account and have never responded to my 20 emails sent to support@***.com and help@***.com. Further, they do not even have a support phone line listed on their website.

I ordered the professional item for $149, but I didnt receive it. I re-ordered it again for an additional $149., and once again, I did not receive it.
When I tried to upgrade three different times at an additional cost of $99 each. And once again, I never received the product.
I ordered the product because it was highly rated and I needed it.

Two reasons, to activate my account, and to be reimbursed for over charges
I tried ordering the product about four different times, because they kept wanting me to repay. I kept repaying, but I could not get it to show up on my phone.
