They had a great price on magazines so I tried to jump on it but during the checkout their system is broke that you can't even enter your payment method and complete the checkout. no number to call so no customer service help.

when i did research on the company i found nothing but complaints. moving on to a legit company

Bad customer service is one thing, but none whatsoever!? This company is nothing short of scam-tier, and I had to file a charge back request with Visa to get a refund.

I placed an order on the 26th of December and they didn't bother 'shipping' till the third of January but they didn't really 'ship' because it's still sitting there and the post office hasnt' recieved it yet and the status and tracking number's sole purpose as of now is just to remind me I should have gone elsewhere. I can understand taking New Years and New Years Eve off but If there's one thing I can't stand it's 'shipped' when it isn't.

Not counting those 2 days, it's been 9 days they've just kicked back and done nothing at all about my order I guess, and it'll be even more if we follow the trend. This has really dragged on long enough and I've been tempted to cancel but according to other reviews, I don't want to bother.

I'm going to go spend the extra $7 at Academy sports on the item and just maybe one day, months from now when they decide I can have my order, I'll gift the other order to someone. What a joke.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPS USED PRODUCTS AS NEW

I ordered a Optimus Hiker+ stove from them $153 and it was advertised as new. I got the stove and it was used and broken.

I tried numerous times to contact there customer service, but no luck. They do not publish a phone number so i sent detailed emails but absolutely no response. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE - YOU WILL NOT LIKE THE EXPERIENCE. Why would a large internet sales company not provide a phone number, because they do not want to talk to you.

They do not care . They just want your money. They have a cheap price but you get what you pay for.

Run the other way and pay more and be happy. I would not give you two cents for them.

I will never order from Man venture outpost ever again. 1 the product looks used.

2 I've emailed them to let them know about their product I hot no response back 3 they don't a contact number so that way they don't have to deal with you. They should stop their business cause they are bunch lier!!

All their stuff are used never new!! Don't buy from them or you will regret it!!

Manventure Outpost Shipping Service Review

Horrible experience. Was charged for rod/reel, never received confirmation after the amount cleared my bank.

Few days later I get an email that it is now "out of stock". Meanwhile my bank was charged almost $200 dollars.

Stay away. Bad experience.

Stay far away from ManVenture Outpost. They shipped me the wrong product and there's no way to get a hold of them.

There's a contact form but they don't respond to it. My recommendation: Spend a few more bucks from a reputable store.

I bought a stove from this company and wrote 3 time requesting an RMA so I could exchange the product to no avail...

The return the address on the invoice, I sent it to was so dated and they left no forwarding address...

Their website, software does not work well at all, the RMA form did not work and I told them... It was so dated or incompatible with something...

They never answer the phone there's a constant busy signal.

My advice find a more reliable supplier of your goods, where you will get better service and returns... Their prices, are much lower I see for a reason too...

Purchased a 400.00 optic that arrived DOA. After 3 emails requesting a return/replacement, I finally received a response telling me to troubleshoot it with the manufacturer.

I wouldn't buy a .50 spring from manventure after their customer service failure. Shop elsewhere!!

I tried to call their number as well. It just rings busy (August 2016).

I tried emailing and got an unhelpful 2 word response from "Brandon" a day and a half later.

I've tried emailing again and am waiting on a response.

They had a good price on a item, but maybe they're cutting out customer service in order to have cheaper prices. Makes me scared to buy from here.

In August 2015, I purchased 3 TC magazines from Man Venture Outpost (MVO) for a TC 308. Two of the magazines worked perfectly.

One was missing the magazine retaining clip which holds it in the magazine well. I contacted MVO requesting a replacement in accordance with their stated policy. I received a request from Brandon at MVO to send a picture which I did. I waited over a month for a response.

Receiving none I resent the email using the MVO website link for customer support and another to sales. I again received no response after waiting for another month. I sent a third, fourth and fifth emails to the links in their website and one replying directly to the email from Brandon. I have heard nothing back and it is now January 2016.

Suspecting that they were just ignoring my emails waiting for me to go away, I contacted Thompson Center Arms directly and immediately was sent the two small parts needed to make the magazine functional. MVO was fast on shipping the parts to me. They seem to have a problem with customer support even for small easily taken care of issues. I would take this into consideration when purchasing from them if I were you.

I wish I had known about it because there are many places to purchase these and other fire arm parts that have good customer support. Don
