Unable to get them to respond
- - Password reset fails on the contact page.
- - Live chat online but never responds.
- - Sales pop-ups loop; site shows false information.
I have tried the contact page because I an trying to change my password and every time I push send I get the message "Something went wrong try again later. They say "We are online to answer your Questions" but they never respond.
I also noticed the pop-ups of sales are just a loop of the same ones over and over. Even though the manual has a ton of information because the have absolutely no customer service I will find a new place to get my manuals.
I have a real problem with a company that has false information on their website. I would advise you to find another place to get your manual because if you have a problem you are SOL.Run

Verified ReviewerThe manual that I downloaded did not include the Table of Contents or Index
- - ManualsForYou.com did not deliver as advertised; the RAM 1500 manual lacks the Table of Contents and Index, with no support or phone number.
In my opinion, the ManualsForYou.com site did NOT deliver the product as advertised; I was able to download a manual for a RAM 1500 **** to 2013 vehicle; however, it was missing the Table of Contents and more importantly the Index; the document is almost 15000 pages which means that the index is very valuable. Furthermore, they are unwilling to provide assistance and they do not list a phone number nor was I able to setup an account in case I wanted to download the manual again. I would NOT recommend doing business with this site
- I was able to download the manual
- Did not include index or table of contents
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: I would look elsewhere for a service manual, if you want the entire document

Manuals for You - Sent the following message, which is not true. "Paypal took your payment back from my account.
You need to pay for the item to get a download link. Now i blocked your download lonk." I never received my money back, all I asked the crook to do was to send me the Table of Contents, and the Index so I can find items without searching through an almost 15,000 page PDF file.
