There was no solution. They didn't give me anything,other then shipped it to the correct address. Make sure it is being shipped to the correct address.

I have no experience with customer service. Kept having issues with email asked someone to call received no call. Then I contacted you guys and I haven't gotten a response yet.

I texted, emailed and called you to change the wrong item you sent. No one ever responded to me.

All I got was we will get back to you within 48 hours. No one ever did and its been over a week.

If I dont hear today Im sending the necklace back for a credit! The quality of the product is lovely but their customer service stinks!
