£519 for a bed but no bed 4 months later

I bought a bed from manorfurnishing on the 26th september 2013. The service which I received from after payment was very poor. The communication from them was none existent and I had to do the chasing. On 12.12.13 I was told after calling them that I wouldn't get my bed before Christmas so i requested a refund. It's now 4.2.14 and still no refund and having to fight to get my money back. Do not use this company they take your money and you don't get the products like their web sight says. A very pissed customer
