Admitted to a small duty poor light room with un-made bed. Never see a Nurse or care person for more than 3 hours after being admitted. Never expressed concern by personal as to my condition or care management. The following morning after admittance I was asked how I like my breakfast and I said what breakfast. Never got fed. I checked my self out of facility. I received no help.

Lack of respect and truth amoung the Administrator and employee
I put in my two weeks with Manor Care because I had two jobs lined up. Yet, before I left I wanted to tell the Head Administrator about how I saw the company in my eyes. So I wrote him a letter consisting of the positives, areas of improvement and the conflict between what happened with Human Resources and I so he could investigate as to why it became a conflict in the first place. On my last day of my two weeks I found out that the two jobs I had lined up both turned there backs on me and said no. Instead of asking for my job back, I decided to wait it out and see if another job would come up. A month and two weeks past and no word on any other job so I called up my old boss. My boss is not the same as the Administrator, the company has different managers for every department. As I call up my old boss in the kitchen, he says he would love to have me back but it was not his call to make, it was the Administrators and Human Resources. He also said that they wanted to talk to me about the letter I wrote. I had no worries and I came into Manor Care ready for my interview to get my job back. As I was sitting with the Administrator and Human Resources, the first thing we talked about was my letter. The Administrator said that he found my letter disrespectful and he wanted to know why I wrote it. I then told him that the letter was not aimed to be disrespectful but to show what I saw when I looked at the company. I then explained that the letter was about the positives of the company, the areas needing improved on, and the conflict between HR and I. The Administrator then told me that the letter was mainly pointed to despise him and Human Resources and I told that is not the intention of the letter at all. Which I found this all ironic that he took it down that path because I never would have inspected an Administrator to turn down a letter of how his company looks through an employee. I thought, with this letter it could be a tool for him to look at a company form someone else's perceptive and that way he can have a clear picture of what his employees see. However, after talking about the letter, the Administrator asked if I was replying and I said yes. He asked if I wanted to go back in the kitchen and I said yes. The next thing that came from the Administrator was that I was a great asset to the kitchen team and everyone missed me, and that I was good at my job. I did not know what to say at that time and he knew it and he said" Well, say thank you". So I said thank you for his comment. The next question came from Human Resources which was very rude of how she stated her question but was, "Well, you go to school right? Are you even going to be able to work the hours given to you". I answered back politely and told her that yes I would be able to because I switched to online schooling. They then asked me if I wanted to do part time in the kitchen or full time in housekeeping and I told them that I wanted to stick with the kitchen crew if though it was part time. They then thanked me for coming in and told me that it was nice that I came in and talked to them about the matter. I then went back home thinking that if the Administrator said I was good at my work and was a great asset, why should I not have my job back. The week dragged on and there was no call. Finally I called my boss in the kitchen the following Monday and asked him what the hold up was. He told me that the Administrator and Human Resources decided to not have me back because they thought I would be unhappy coming back. Seeing that I was denied my job back because of an opinion, I called the Administrator. The Administrator then told me that, apon looking at other candidates they decided to not have me back. I told him, that that was not the answer I got the first time of my I was denied and he just said well that's the reason. Which in turn I do not agree because I was there since the company opened and I know all the ends and outs of that company so why deny me my job back?
