Egg Hatcher turn table not turning
Still not solved. Waiting for manna pro to call me directly.
Then the site said 1$ for a tactician.
Then asked for a credit card. The fine print said I was signing up for a monthly subscription at 46$ per month until canceled.
User's recommendation: Don't use this service. It wanted 1 dollar plus 46 per month for a monthly fee.

Automatic chicken door won’t close
I called, never got a response. Disappointed in the customer service.
My automated chicken door quit working after only 2 years.
I left a voicemail but didnt get a call back from them.
Wanted to know if there was anything I could do to get it working again. Couldnt get a hold of anyone through email.
Very disappointing!!

I am having issues with the mannapro automatic chicken door opener. On several occasions recently it has given a sensor error and says to contact seller.
I have disconnected the battery and recalibrated several times and it may work for a night and do it again the next. The contact page on your website did not load for me so this is the only place i could find a way to contact.

Humidity is showing EE and I don't know how to reset it. I have tried the standard reset shown on YouTube but it doesn't reset the humidity as you see in the photo I have included.
Please let me know what I need to do to fix this problem. Thank you in advance for your help.

I’ve sent emails asking where to buy egg turner motor. Also left 4 phone messages and no response.
Manna pro sure has issues about communication with customers.
Ive tried to talk to someone for 2 weeks.
No responce to my phone messages, emails or text messages.
I just need a 12v egg turner motor.

I have a 25 horse racing as well as mares and foals all on mama pro 40 I feel it is the best supplement I have ever used in the 50 plus years of training and now I cant get it they say because you dont sell enough what about the loyal customers dont we count how about maybe used pushed your product more
