Theu get NO rating because I can never get anyone to answer the phone
Bought a beautiful pair of black mittens size L in October. They do not fit.
I've emailed and tried calling overe and over. No one evet answers the phone. I emailed that when I put in my order number it is not reginized. I've never dealt with a company woth this bad of customer service ever and I'm 69!!
Good Grief! Please help. I don't need $80 dollar mittens that don't fit!
