Hello,

I have been purchasing your products throughout the year since I was a newlywed over 43 years ago. I have NEVER been so disappointed in any of your products as I am with your Chanukah Cookie House.

The 2 pieces of the house came broken, an inch slit in the bag of white frosting and the house does not go together as pictured in the instructions on the back of the box.

I suppose that once in over 43 years is not a horrible record. But this was a project that I was doing with my grandchildren, ages 6 and 7, after lighting the Chanukah candles

.

I have enclosed photos of the box, "glued" together broken pieces and how the house came together.

Perhaps having higher quality insurance in place for the project materials can be implemented so that another Bubbi will not have a joyous moment turn into stressful tears and cries of their grandchildren.

Thank you,

Sherri LaFond

User's recommendation: Save you time and dreams of happy times putting this cookie house together. Do not buy the Chanukah Cookie House

Bought a jar of their gefilte fish ( 11.99!). Had a piece and put in the fridge.

Took it out 2 days later to have another piece and was bowled over by the smell. It was completely rancid. Since they have no phone number- I contacted them thru their site. 3 times so far.

No one will return my call. I sent pictures with all the information - upc, date codes etc.

This is a *** way to conduct business. Ive always used their products in the past with no issue. I will not buy anything from them ever again unless they do the right thing.

Call me, refund my money, send me some coupons. The fish was rancid 2 days later.

User's recommendation: Buy another brand.

False info about product on Walmart screen

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Walmart online listing shows 45 mg sodium per wafer, but the actual label lists 290 mg; I want to return the matzo for a refund.

I ordered 12 egg and onion boxes from WalmartBe careful when ordering online from Walmart.BB. On the screen description list it says there are 45 mg of sodium per wafer.

In actuality, the boxes say each wafer contains 290 mg.

That makes the website false. I dare not ingest that much sodium. I am 90, very healthy because I read labels.

That much sodium can wreak havoc.

Please enable me to return the matzo and receive a refund. I can no longer trust Walmart for me to order anything from them again.

Purchased an expensive jar of all-white fish gefilte fish. Ate a piece or two and put the jar back in the refrigerator.

Opened a few days later and it was rancid.

I've contacted the company three times through their site and waited a couple of weeks - I got crickets. Very disappointed in this company.

Bad egg matzah

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Received 3 boxes that are hard and crisp, not egg matzah.
  • - Box arrived crushed; matzahs broken.
  • - Egg matzah unavailable locally; ordered online.
Updated by user Apr 19, 2024

Nada, i don't even know if they received my complaint.

Original review Apr 04, 2024
I received a set of 3 boxes of my beloved Egg Matzah for Passover, but they arent the same as egg matzah has always been. Instead of the softer texture, where you have to be careful to butter gently, they are hard like regular matzah and extra crisp (stale?) and the color that separates it from regular matzah isnt visible.

I dont believe they actually are egg matzah. On top of that, the box was crushed and the matzahs broken.
In Santa Fe, Ive never been able to find egg matzah in stores so it has to be ordered online. I fear that if I order again, it will be the same and that this year I will have to do without. Very disappointed.

P.S. The expiration date is 6/06/2025 with 344 above it and the bar code 72700 ?0008, a black line drawn through the number where Ive put a question mark.
