- - Management does not enforce the code of conduct; complaints to corporate lead to a hostile environment and demotion, with only a 25-cent raise.
Manheim (Auctions),Management in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, do not enforce company policy on code of conduct policy (use of vulgar language around other employees). I worked there for several years(now I don't), and the whole time I worked there other workers would violate the code of conduct policy and even though the supervisor would have a meeting in the mornings every now and them to inform (remind), employees of the policy, there were no teeth in enforcing the rules, there was nothing done and when the offended employee files complaints with corporate in Atlanta, management would create a hostile work environment for the aggrieved employee by not enforcing the policy.
Also, not providing the tools to be able to perform a job more efficient and better, was always a problem. Even after filing complaints, there was nothing ever done, management developed a hostile attitude toward the employee, thus creating a hostile working environment. Id the employee was doing supervisory work, the position would be removed and the employee would be demoted (sort of speak), for complaining and not brown nosing. They can't keep good, hard working , loyal employees because of what I have stated in this review.
OH, well, I'm drawing unemployment from them, sooooo everything is good.
Also, there is no need to go out of your way to go above and beyond your duties, cause there is no appreciation shown by the management and CEO, Lot Operations Manager or Lot Supervisor.
The only thing they care about is the "Bottom Line". They don't care about the rules, policy, and apparently Cox Automotive in Atlanta don't care either, even though they have posters hanging in the hall ways that says, "If you see something, say something", loll what a joke.....They give a 25 cent raise each year, lolllllll ![]()
