Refusal to change an unshipped order
- - Duplicates after ordering; Mangooutlet.com couldn't modify.

Totally disappointed! Although I wrote immediately after placing the order to report duplicate products so that my order could be modified, Mangooutlet.com told me that it could not.
I have to say that the order has not been shipped yet. Pissed Consumer assured me that my message had been forwarded, but apparently they didn't do their job either.
I am dissatisfied with both sites.
