No refund on an erroneous order.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! MANAGER/OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND CONDESCENDING!!! AND SO IS THE STAFF, JUST BECAUSE ITS A SPANISH SHOP THEY THINK THEY CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US DUMB LATINOS BECAUSE WE NEVER COMPLAIN. GUESS WHAT I AM NOT AN IMMIGRANT WHO IS SCARED TO COMPLAIN. THIS IS A COMPLAINT!!! I ORDERED A MANGOLINA MANGO DRINK, AND TOLD THE CASHIER THAT I DID NOT WANT SPICES IN MY DRINK. I AM NOT SURE KNOW IF THEY MISUNDERSTOOD ME OR NOT, BUT THEY PUT SPICES IN MY DRINK. WHEN I SAW THEM PUTTING SPICES I TOLD HER THAT I CAN NOT EAT SPICES, CAUSE I HAVE ACID REFLUX. AND THE CASHIER TRIED TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY PUT AND THAT IT IS NOT SPICY. I JUST ASKED FOR THEM TO MAKE ME ANOTHER DRINK AND SHE REFUSED TO MAKE ANOTHER AND WANTED ME TO EAT IT EVEN THOUGH I SUFFER FROM ACID REFLUX. WOW WHO CARES RIGHT???!!! I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND HE WAS NOT THERE. I CALLED THE MANAGER/ OWNER AND THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. AFTER THREE ATTEMPTS ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND MONDAY. I HAD TO WRITE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE MALL, AND TALK TO THE MALL GENERAL MANAGER TO GET PHONE CALL BACK. I ANSWERED AND THIS WAS THE MOST SMUG, AND DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO. HE SAID BECAUSE I SPOKE WITH THE MALL MANAGEMENT, AND WENT OVER HIM HE SAID HE WILL NOT REFUND ME. SO THERE WAS NO POINT IN EVEN SPEAKING WITH HIM. I SPENT ALMOST $8 ON A MANGO DRINK AND NEVER EVEN TASTED IT. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. AS A LATINO MYSELF IN TRYING TO SUPPORT A LATINO BUSINESS I WAS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. MR. MAURICIO, YOU WILL NEVER HAVE MY BUSINESS NOR THAT OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY. BECAUSE I WILL NEVER SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! P.S. NOT THE CLEANEST PLACE EITHER THE CASHIERS USE THE SAME GLOVES TO HANDLE THE CASH AND CARD TO PREPARING MENUS ITEMS..NOT THE CLEANEST PLACE EITHER THE CASHIERS USE THE SAME GLOVES TO HANDLE THE CASH AND CARD TO PREPARING MENUS ITEMS..
