Verified ReviewerThey are liars and still have my money
I got out of DOC they never gave me my debit card because it was during covid and we were just pushed out so fast. We'll I get ahold of DOC they say I have to contact them.
So I Do. They tell me my card is on the way. That was in June. It's January right now and I'm still without any card.
Eveytime it's the same crap it's on its way you will get it in this many working days. Nothing.
I even sent them proof of my address. And still nothing.

Why am I getting the run-around?
My federal tax refund was TRANSFERRED TO MY ACCOUNT (mango pre-paid) on 03/30/2021. As of Friday, 04/01/2021, my balance on my mango card still did not reflect my direct deposit.
I called customer service and was told it would be Monday before my deposit would be available, due to no-one qualified over the weekend to look over my documents I had to submit to verify my identity. Well.... On Monday 04/04/2021, I received an email stating that my money was returned to the sender..... There's NO LOGICAL REASON AS TO WHY!!!
If it is returned to the IRS, God only knows how long it will take now"!!
There's NO Reason my money should've been on hold to begin with. I already verified my identity with the IRS.
