Image Upload Error and Missing Text Issue

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to report a problem I have been experiencing with the MangaToon app for the past day.
I am currently unable to send pictures through the app.
Whenever I try to upload an image, it shows an image load error. This issue has been happening consistently for over a day now.
In addition, sometimes the app does not display the text properly, which makes it difficult to use.
I would really appreciate it if you could please look into these issues and let me know why this is happening and how it can be fixed.

Preferred solution: I would like the technical issue with image upload errors and missing text in the app to be fixed. I also want to understand why this is happening and how to prevent it from continuing.
User's recommendation: Option 1 (Balanced & Honest) MangaToon has a great variety of stories and an easy-to-use layout. I really enjoy the content and creativity on the app. Although I’ve experienced a few technical issues, I believe once those are fixed, this app will be even better. I’d still recommend it to manga lovers. Option 2 (Positive & Supportive) MangaToon is a fun and entertaining app with lots of interesting stories to enjoy. I love the different genres and how easy it is to read. With a few improvements to fix technical issues, this app would be perfect. I definitely recommend giving it a try. Option 3 (Short & Simple) MangaToon is a great app for reading unique and enjoyable stories. It has a lot of potential and is fun to use. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys manga and comics.
