The Shoes I Ordered did Not Arrive or Were Not Sent - I've Had No Replacement or Refund

In July 2013 I ordered a pair of shoes online which did not arrive. The shop had no proof of postage. As the shoes were no longer in stock, I was offered an exchange but was told that I would have to pay shipping on the new order, which I objected to as I had already paid shipping on the order which did not arrive. I then asked for a refund at which point all communication from the store ceased, despite numerous follow-up emails and phone messages. As of May 2014, I have not heard hide nor hair from them. Have given up ever getting my money back now and would just like to warn others.
