Bought a nice looking 2000 Mack daycab but found out after 250000 miles the rearends are shot has a different motor than it was built with Cam has flat spots out put shaft yoke on tranny is so rusty it took out the seal needs a new exhaust manifold and exhaust temp tip because the pipe it threads into is rusted out don't think I will ever deal with them again!!

Bought an engine from them and they copied the Mack maintenance manuals for me and loaned me the tools to complete the project at no additional cost too.
They had the cheapest model engine out of the 3 companies I had called for quotes too. Can't say enough about the help they gave me on getting my truck back on the road

In another review someone was not happy with Joe Manders. I have not done business with Joe. So from my experiences with the company as a whole, I would give them a high rating.
If you do deal with them, ask for Terry.

Make sure that if you need truck parts you stay away from this company. Joe Manders is a complete jirk.
I went into the office 3 months ago to inquire about some truck parts. Joe was the available person to help me with my questions. What a complete ***. Not only was a completely rude to me during my consulation, he was rude to every customer walking through the door and on the phone.
In fact, when i pointed out that we was being 100% rude and unproffesional he told me to leave the store. "Get out of my store" was his exact words. That is great customer service. So I guess when you go the Manders Diesel website their saying about customers always coming first is complete ***.
Its too bad that a nice family business has to be handed down a to a young unproffesional unqualified person.
I bet old man Manders is rolling in his grave knowing young kid takes the company to shambles. Oh well, i guess time will tell
