Mancinos Pizza and Grinders

My wife and daughters went to the location in Adrian and ordered for subs or grinders. Whatever you wanna call him and when she ordered mine she ordered the cheesesteak with no mushrooms no onions no lettuce no tomato no green peppers only banana peppers, pickles and mayo so they get the subs and they come home and when I open my sub, it has lettuce tomato, green peppers and tons of onions on it.

So I called the location and explained to them that there was all the stuff on my sub that wasnt supposed to be and the girl immediately got defensive and said well it was made how she told us and I know it wasnt because my wife read it right off of a text message and they didnt put mushrooms on it so they heard what she said , they just didnt want to admit they were wrong. So when I told the girl that I was allergic to onions now this is the manager saying this she said that if Im allergic to onions, then I shouldnt be ordering from there at all. I said, thats the wrong answer you shouldve gave me now who do I speak with thats above you and when I asked her that she immediately hung up the phone , so I got everything together and I started to drive there. I tried calling to find the owner or somebody above her but I couldnt find nobody so when I called her back on the way there she got on the phone and I asked to speak with whoever the head person was or the owner she said that the owner was out of town, and they had no way of reaching them Said well I would like to talk to them they have to have someway to communicate with you.

She said we cant give numbers out. I said OK well Ill be there in two minutes. You can call him so I can talk to him right there so I pulled up to the location and I went in as my wife was walking behind me and recording the whole thing I asked to the manager was calmly. The girl said me I said, so youre the one that told me that if Im allergic to onions that I shouldnt be ordering from here and she said yeah , I said well thats not really was something you should be saying to a customer and she said well Im not making your sandwich over and Im not giving you a refund and if you dont leave Im gonna call the cops and tell them youre harassing us I said well call the cops.

I havent done anything wrong as matter fact Ill wait for him so the cops came and some other lady came out I dont even know who she was and told me that I was trespassed from that location and I said well I have a video of everything that happens since I walked in that store and she said well I dont need to see it.

I have teenage girls working here because I cant get no other workers to work here and they dont want to remake your sandwich and theyre not trying to deal with a refund so they dont want you in there , I said so youre gonna listen to and let your manager disrespect customer when they were in the wrong instead of them admitting they were wrong instead of youre going to trespass a customer who was not in the wrong at all and shes continued to say I have teenage girls working in there and they are the only workers that I can get so I am trespassing you so that I can keep my workers in there Was her exact word so she said for me to leave my information and she would have somebody contact me with me in the next couple days I said nope Im not leaving my information because if theyre teenage girls and theyre gonna try and blast me all over social media, and say that I was harassing them and so forth and so on so no so I said, will you give me the number to whoever I can talk to you to get in contact with thats above all of you guys and the cop went in to talk to her and the lady immediately came right back out and had to be my money and said heres your refund now your trespassed now leave the cops were cool they seen I wasnt causing no issues And they were kind of surprised with how the whole restaurant handled the whole situation. They said thats *** you have a $20 sub and they cant even make it right and then they dont wanna admit theyre wrong and then want to tell you you shouldnt be eating there if youre allergic to something , thats ***

I got a discount card that stated I would get a free whole grinder with a purchase of an xl 2 topping pizza. The order taker informed me that I could get a seafood grinder and the pizza.

They said the discount would be applied upon arrival. The cashier said that the card specifies that the offer is only valid for Ham and or veggie grinders. The manager didn't offer me anything in compensation for my trouble. I went to domino's and bought pizza there instead.

I will post this publicly. Mancinos will lose business for their worker's lack of their policies that operate the phone and for their inability to satisfy the custome.

Well went in to pick up an doordash order with my 5y/o she beat me to the counter ask the cashier lady for a cup. Lady gives her one.

My daughter then insisted on trying to run an scoop some ice of w.e is in there lil freezer. I stopped that an she gets some Pepsi in this lil clear cup. Five minutes goes buy me waiting on my order. An lady Christina at the Taylor store pops up points a finger a me an says are you going to pay for that now.

I felt very triggered by the absurd comment out of no where she insisted to say. I felt a way more professional approach would have made the awkward situation better. Yea sure went an got my card an paid a 1.42 for it. All I had on that card..

got my order an left. My dad used to do all the printings for their menus used to be a place of childhood memories now a place I'll never visit again
