Sir, you threatened Mr. McDade, basically held him a hostage and strong armed him to a teller machine where he took money from his account to give you.

You demanded 600.00 or threatened his life. You received a check that day which was short due to a bookkeeping error and was told you would get the difference on Monday. You became belligerent threatening to do harm and this was witnessed by 10 to 15 bystanders. You fled the scene, the police were called and you were later arrested for multiple felony charges which you were found guilty of in a court of law.

Now you are committing slander against Mr.

McDade and Manale Landscaping. I would tread very carefully in your pursuit or more charges will be filed against you.

He was never threatened he went on his own after offering to loan the money he lied about the account in which the camera said he was lying they all will be posted very soon! Even the DA was cought in a lie.

The truth will be posted. No amount was ever said in his statement. He was never swong at nor was any weapon raised toward him. As for the statement that the bookkeeping was wrong is saying that you are stealing money.

I see no postings, no sworn affadavits, no videos. I have seen the video from the camera at the ATM which shows you holding a weapon standing behind Mr.

McDade and continuously poking him while he is getting 600.00 our of his personal bank account. The copy of the transaction showing the account number, the amount and the video are in evidence with the District Attorneys office.

This looks like payroll embezzlement. White collar crime. A man deserves his pay on payday. A million dollar company which does not pay on payday and then shorts them on their money.

Do not use this company. If McDade had the payroll done as an manager this would not have happened. He was probably paying himself. Times are hard.
