I have bundles of photos, letters, references and Newspaper articles to back up my authenticity after serving time inside 6 Category B Prisons with some of the hardest men on the planet.

I also spent 6 months under rule GOAD in segregation down the block with a cardboard table & chair, so I am no stranger to hardships. Don't agree to offer me work then change your mind half way through the job expecting me to be happy.

The man who owns MAN Commercial has major insecurities, no class and paranoid attitude, especially inferiority complex when not able to assert his authority on superior formidable imposing individuals.

He needs to accept his limitations against men with better personas who just laugh at him living on old stale memories. It's bad for MAN Commercials reputation having the dinosaur owner breaking codes of honour for money and pretending that he is some sort of a tough guy bad *** dream on not even 35 years ago when he was a fly weight amateur.

He has never had one street fight in all of his life or any bare Knuckle bouts, but insists he boxed at a good level! He needs to stop day dreaming and wake up start looking after people and pay them what he owes. The word is spreading fast that they are bad at paying debts at this security firm, but good at telling lies and deceiving people.

Nobody is interested about the fake 500 sheep followers feeding his ego on Facebook or millions in his Bank account only himself. It looks like he has eaten all the pork pies and let himself go with that big fat belly hanging over his trousers. As he gets older the more ridiculous he gets like an old fool holding that red boxing bag which looked cringeworthy and pathetic. ( Your way past your sell by date but you carry on if you think you look smart )

I don't think anybody that knows him could ever take these photos as serious. What a total plonker and he's nothing like the images he is portraying for the fairytale newspapers. Anytime he was ever confronted his a..e always dropped out, so I am not sure how he suddenly became so brave? Like others have said he has bad mouthed and disrespected many nice people that helped build his business. Took advantage of his Directorship position and often makes threats against his staff telling them he can sack them at anytime.

Boss Treats his staff as if they are lumps of meat from the cattle market and never gives them a pay rise. I was glad to hear the government forcing MAN Commercial to pay out extra millions this coming April 2024 with £11.44 minimum wage. That must of been painful, but exciting for all the low paid workers. Instead of boasting about his wealth and tucked away like a coward whenever someone with presence arranges to meet him, why doesn't the now CEO of MAN Commercial show some balls and courage and agree to do a charity Boxing match if he is that good? As he keeps saying he boxed at a good level!

DI'm 57 years of age with average fitness and some previous Boxing skills and invite him to professionally come forward, instead of mouthing off prove your salt like other genuine hard men. I will gladly donate every penny to a good needy cause and put £10,000 yes I repeat £10,000 of my own money into the pot for the privilege. I will put my share of the funds upfront first to show that I am not all talk.

You can choose any of your best rated henchmen to arrange it through misfits Boxing and I will eagerly turn up on my own. The Director is well past his sell by date and gets out of breath sitting down, so maybe he is just full of BS and t's about time someone stood up to this bullying CEO who is out of control. The man thinks he can go around unchallenged saying he knows a few tasty people that are on the payroll scaremongering and intimidating his staff if they don't agree with him.

In other words I am very confident that your unable to beat me in a real Boxing match, even if I had one hand tied behind my back.

If you're really as good as you're saying you boxed at a good level, then you must surely be given the opportunity to prove yourself or shut up with your hollow inflated ego. Most people just go along with what they hear and accept it as the truth. But if any of the MAN Commercial worshippers was smart enough to do some background research they would realise their is not much substance to any of these claims and it's just one big mythical fraud.

The desperation and entertainment this company is providing is turning out to be a pantomime and a classic gold comedy sketch. You're more likely to be remembered in the doorman security world as a big teddy bear and not the scary wannabe gangster or someone off the Television whom you idolised and fantasised about. This obsession with watching them DVDs starring Tony Soprano is not wise or a healthy choice in my opinion. Wearing silly pin stripe suits and trying to copy what Bonny & Clyde and Alcapone wears shows how disillusioned this fantasy has affected you.

We can all watch your fighting talents on YouTube after your Boxing match! I don't think he is going to rise to the challenge because he is synthetic all mouth and can only talk the talk no action and better at throwing shots on social media than shots in the ring!

I rarely write reviews about a company, but on this occasion I felt compelled to give my view. I am not one little bit surprised to hear or read about what happened to other individuals working for these cowboys MAN Commercial, because the same mistreatment and unfair dismissal happened to me.

Some of you will be familiar and remember how MAN Commercial treated me. The Director now CEO sacked me immediately in a rage of unnecessary jealousy. For what I thought to be an act of kindness giving the Directors wife a lift

home in the pouring rain. She even happily volunteered to get in my Black 5 series BMW car, front passenger seat as well no hesitation.

But her husband did not approve losing his temper and decided to abuse his position and sacked me raging obscenities.

The following day in a cowardly act I received a text to say my employment services was no longer required and there was no point in returning as my contract was to be terminated. There is no way MAN Commercial Protection could say I did not work for them as all of my colleagues including Simon Faulkner (DS) remember this situation very well.

They have a propensity to frequently abuse its position covering up for each other at head office. The main boss man in charge is the worst and seriously needs to take the bad tempered management course. He likes to make threats against his staff.

During meetings with colleagues in the boardroom the CEO scrunched his face up slamming his both clenched fists on the table saying " Do you know who I am " in the most aggressive and arrogant manner. All the respect I once had for them went out of the window after this embarrassing outburst. They are causing misery and hardship forcing staff to leave and this needs to be reported. They have a trigger happy structure to fire and rehire on lesser terms.

When staff are T.U.P.E across MAN Commercial gets them to sign new contracts and insists that your only entitle to minimum wage.

A bad reputation follows them all over the internet and they deserve to lose contracts behaving like this. They like to think they represent power by flexing their muscles. Trust me when I say you will never find a more wretched hive of rogues and villainy in the entire universe. These people at head office can turn on you in a split second they are vile.

I would steer you well clear of this bunch and seriously warn you about what they are capable of doing if your face don't fit or you question them. MAN Commercial past and present treatment to staff is a disgrace to the security profession. Bullying and scaremongering talking down to staff in a condescending manner is unacceptable.

Thank god for all the whistle-blowers now coming forward to share their bad and very disturbing experiences. They also deleted lots of negative Google reviews hiding the truth.

I reported MAN Con-mercial to the CMA & SIA for fiddling online Google reviews and offering bribes to employees.

Dozens of its employees situated at MAN Commercials head office have left fake 5 star reviews on the company business page. All exaggerated of course and not allowed under Googles terms & conditions policy which they call " A conflict of interests " A simple search on Google brought up all the employee names on Linkedin.com showing what senior positions they hold within the company.

Not the brightest bunch working at MAN Commercial head office, although most are related with family ties you would think they would behave alot smarter and not be so dumb.

It was so obvious something not right after two employees told me they had left bad reviews about not receiving overtime pay, but within hours they had disappeared. At least 30 negative reviews have been removed, even if a couple was false it still remains corrupt for MAN Commercial to be abusing its position by tampering with employees reviews.

I had serious suspicions about them and decided to monitor their online behaviour over a period of around 3 months. I discovered that they was fiddling Google business reviews and reported them to the Competition & Markets Authority and the SIA. Getting office staff to write favourable 5 star reviews is rampant at this security firm and has been going on for a very long time.

( see Aabheer Singh 5 year old Google review. ) Other security firms should complain who have lost out to winning contracts because of these deceitful acts by MAN Commercial.

In the past month alone I counted at least 20 positive reviews placed on its business page to bolster its ratings. They obviously paid a SEO company or have some sort of corrupt deal going on with a dodgy family member placing bogus positive reviews to keep its Google score at 3.8 stars.

Even their Google front business page is corrupt with only hand picked reviews. Luckily I was on the ball and managed to take 30 screenshots to prove which ones they manipulated and removed including all of the names of genuine people who left a criticising bad review about MAN Commercial recently as follows:-

13.) Emma gave 1 star after reporting reckless driving by one of its Managers also filtered away. ( many other reviews mysteriously disappeared aswell )

MAN Commercials Google score has never dropped below 3.8 stars, although if all the negative posts was to be resurrected and put back on the owners business page the company would be showing around 2 stars. That would be the true accurate score and nobody would hire them or use them for security services.

MAN obviously has full control of the Google My Business Account which allows the owner to modify, edit or remove negative reviews.

These are all serious fraudulent activities all designed to deceive potential customers and make his company look better than it is. They cannot manipulate or change any other reviews across other platforms and thats why they are all showing between 2 or 3 stars max which is a true reflection on how badly this security business is riddled with corruption and fraud.

They needed to be reported to both the Competition & Markets Authority and the Security Industry Authority for bad business practices. I have receipts and confirmation emails to prove I have taken this matter further.

( available on request ) MAN must of thought they was untouchable and everybody was terrified to report them. Even if the Authorities do nothing I have enough evidence to share across all the media platforms to expose them and prove what a rotten horrible cheating firm they are.

I'm afraid the owner is all puff, wind and disguised behind a big smokescreen. The perfect actor and conman nothing like in reality what he portrays himself to be a tough guy.

Myself and old skool colleagues would never feel safe in his company if ever a dangerous situation occurred. A complete fake in every aspect. Living off other peoples reputation by pretending to be friends with notorious villians. Putting photographs and newspaper clippings up in his office to give the impression that he has connections with Gangsta types.

The real men that worked along side him are all fully aware about the cowardly side to him. I can confidently say that he has walked away from any confrontations he was ever involved with leaving others to get in trouble doing his dirty work. On Close Protection assignments looking after pop bands or on any night Club Door you could always guarantee he would be hiding in the toilets if a fight ever broke out. During my time working along side him at Gas nightclub in Gloucester I found myself lacking confidence after many bad experiences that put me in danger.

On two occasions I discreetly reported him for obandoning his duties and acting spineless like a jelly fish. My exact words to Gordan Cusack " DONT SEND HIM AGAIN " A proper big girls blouse and coward by all accounts to run away like a child when it kicked off. He tries to show off posing in front of young office girls whom he seems to feel more comfortable with. They will give him the attention he craves and so will all the YES men he employs.

I listened to his podcast and fell about rolling on the floor with laughter when he mentioned how long he had used the same Butcher to buy meat for Zac his dog. Nothing really funny about him and definitely not a naughty bone in his body for him to be claiming he is anybody special and a person not to be messed with. Without me covering his back and wiping his bottom he was a nobody. (nos) He is not capable of fighting his way out of a wet paper bag and thats why his Dad Sam always made the effort to thank me for looking after his Son.

Nobody at MAN Commercial should ever question or doubt my involvement which can still be shown on YouTube. I spent many years looking after OCS on tour, Paul Weller, Richard Ashcroft and Oasis and many other high networth individuals. When your dealing with a greedy money motivated company things are bound to go wrong and this will be its downfall. I parted on bad terms with them after they refused to pay the full agreed amount per month £4000 for Bodyguard work and thats my reason for exposing them.

It has also accumulated alot of gullible individuals who accept and love working for minimum wage. These people follow them on social media and feed the owners ego. Anybody that worships and says they look forward to working for MAN Commercial must have some serious lacking in confidence issues. Some people just have sad and desperate lives with nothing else to fill the gap.

The last time I offered to meet Iain at his office with my good friend Chris Stone to collect outstanding money he owed, he mysteriously disappeared for the afternoon unreachable. The man was terrified at just the thought of sitting in our company. But did not mind giving us instructions over the phone and telling us which Door to knock when collecting a debt for him. The CEO of MAN Commercial is the biggest security boss wimp I ever dealt with who has no courage or class at all.

Doing things over the phone and sacking employees by text is not what I call impressive. Neither is it smart or brave to abuse your position like this. He shamefully braggs about owning a big matcho security company employing nearly two thousand men, but yet goes into hiding with nobody to back him up when a bloke who has been to prison suggests a visit.

WOW now that's what you call embarrassing! Don't ever trust this firm as they will not pay what they owe and let you down in spectacular form.

I worked for MAN Commercial at all of three summers on the trot 2016, 2017, 2018 and during Covid-19 lockdown last year in a large marquee tent. I had meetings with the owner on a regular basis. Head office was always busy and we crossed paths daily during my mobile visits back and forth to pick up keys. Now his ego has gone through the roof now that his company has grown. He looks down on people and treats them in arrogant manner without respect talking in condescending attitude.

The guards including me was not allowed to talk to the now CEO and we was told to go through HR or our contracts Manager. On my mobile patrols I met some great guards, but lately they are recruiting absolutely anybody just to put a *** on a seat and fill vacancies to cover contracts. The standards have dropped to an all time low. MAN is no longer the place to work.

A high percentage of this companies security guards at MAN Commercial Protection have not been trained properly. (Fact) Take a look on YouTube and watch the CCTV footage uploaded by a member of the public Mark Ormes. In the recording you can clearly see two common assaults take place. Firstly inflicted on the old lady ( white hair ) during poor crowd control techniques and secondly at the end another younger lady was pushed with force in aggressive manner by MAN guards. It's just a shockingly bad performance by these untrained goons working for MAN.

A very intimidating situation to be surrounded by three huge MAN guards and forced through a gate screaming for help, especially when your old age pensioner. Comradeship is a rare thing at this company or working as a team. Colleagues cannot be trusted because they will stab you in the back. The higher management walk around as if they are members of the Mafia dressed up in pin stripe suits giving out orders. It's got a terrible reputation for bullying and abusing it's position when dealing with employment laws - staffs grievances.

Over the past few years the owners have become greedy money motivated and love to brag at every given opportunity about their achievements. They can't stop boasting about holidays abroad or how much money they got in the Bank. On companies House public records and during the financial year 2021 the company made advances to the Directors of £284,458 and also during the same year additionally, dividends of £1,176,190 were payable by the company to the Directors. Almost one and a half million was paid to the TWO Directors who are related through marriage. (guess who!)

It started to get really boring listening to the childish banter and stale jokes every time your dealing with head office. Who has the fastest Range Rover or my Rolex watch cost more than yours was a daily occurrence as others have already said.

The office girls all look like hand picked little Barby Dolls all immaculately turned out with unrealistic false make-up, some admittedly using Botox to give them pouted duck lips. A bunch of nodding dogs at head office each one trying to impress the boss and outwit each other fighting for that desperate promotion that's going to earn them another extra 50p per hour!

I had lost count on the amount of guards it sacked and how many scams it was involved with. Dozens of employment Tribunal cases raised against them, several for unlawful deductions from wages, including sex and race discrimination gives you an idea of what they are capable of. Amazon guard sued MAN Commercial for height discrimination all over numerous newspapers and common knowledge amongst MAN Commercial Employees.
