The Tilapia whole fish was under cook, spoiled with a watery yellow liquid inside the fish, and it smells bad!

Went to Mambos Seafood yesterday with my friends and her mother never came before the service was lousy for instance my friends mother wanted some hot coffee and the waiter wanted to heat her cold co
- Cold coffee was served; manager suggested microwaving it instead of fresh.
- Rice was cold and dry on the third visit; restaurant is getting worse.
I called manager over as my friend received cold coffee and then he said he would heat in microwave oven instead of serving fresh coffee then rice was cold and dry for 3rd time going there this restaurant is getting worse they need some new management

The waitress that served us the food was fine. The service we received from another waitress while trying to sit down was the issue.
I tried to place my babys car seat in the car seat holder that they provide and she took it from my hands and told me to sit in another location. I told her that weve sat at that table before and used the device. She said that we would block the walk way. Which simply wasnt true.
The restores not busy at all. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that she didnt know who let me sit that way before but that we couldnt that day. The managers and works are inconsistent with the rules. It was a horrible experience.
The worker Silvia was rude. The manager Rosa did not try to accommodate us at all. No discount for the inconvenience. No real resolution.
When the food finally did come out , the rice was cold .
While My husband went to the restroom, I stood up to sooth my baby. My manager rushed to my area as if she thought we were going to leave . The rest of the night she stayed within arms reach of my table, watching.
The whole night was ruined and uncomfortable. I would like to be contacted via phone call my some one from corporate

- I worked 9 months as a server at Mambos Seafood, McAllen.
- Manager bullied staff and was unprofessional.
- Left after a threat; seeking resolution.
I have been working as a server for mambos seafood for 9 months now, I really liked working there despite multiple problems with management and their lack of profesionalism, One of this managers name is ***** , she has been a bully and abused of her power since I have started there, she will bully and talk to people in a very disrespectful way, talking about their physical appearance, things that are not a concern to the restaurant, the last problem I had with her was that she threat me you do it or leave, i felt unsafe and just left, I dont think this is the way you should talk to your employees, specially when you are a manager, that is abusing of your power over others, this situation made me leave my work right before christmas, and I would like to get a solution before we end on hand of the law.
