Complaint against behavioral health facility
My daughter receives services from this place. They often have an issue with my daughter's medications which are controlled substances.
If she stops these medications abruptly she can seizure.
They do not send the medications in time to the pharmacy and when I call to complaint they put the blame on me. Only nurse practitioners at this time and no on call senior doctors.
User's recommendation: Be prepare to be frustrated at times.
