I have tried countless times to submit a warranty claim on your website to no avail. The 'Submit' button turns blue, and will not submit, even with all the correct information entered.

I purchased a Sleep Tite Tencel Smooth Mattress Protector at Mattress Firm on January 22nd, 2023 for 129.99 (see receipt attachment). My Mattress was defective, but was under warranty and was replaced. However, when I took the mattress protector off of the old mattress to place on to the new mattress, the mattress protector shed all over the place (Protector had never been removed until this time). Receipt of purchase, along with photos of shedding mattress protector are attached to this notation.

Also, all mailing information is the same.

Please replace Protector as it is under warranty still. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

S755 base does not eork

One side adjusts, the other does not. I have tried to re-pair to no avail.

Unplugged and reconnected to no avail. This is the second occurrence and I tried to contact you unsuccessfully.

Warranty pillow

Hello, I purchased two of your carbon cool it Omniphase pillows a year ago one of them completely fell apart and broke in half and the second one is already coming apart on the ends. I need to know the directions and steps on the five year warranty I see on the package I dont have the receipt but I bought it at a retailer you are contracted with and I wanna find out how to get my warranty.

Heres a photo of one of the pillows in the bag

Both are deteriorating, low quality, and Im very unsatisfied

I need to purchase a replacement remote because we lost ours! Our bed isn't the same without a remote!

This pillow was a gift and has a 5 year warranty but it started falling apart.I have barely used it at all.I have sent email after email and get ni response.I am very unpleased with the whole company.

Received a damaged pillow from the Lone Jack School fund raiser

I really don't like not being able to talk to a LIVE person. Not only did the pillow I payed for arrive with a knife slit in the protective cover, but your delivery service dropped it off at the end of my driveway by the road instead of driving up to my house!

I need someone to contact me letting me know you are sending me a replacement pillow. Also how to send this one back to you. I am beginning to think this company is a sham & needs to be reported. I would appreciate a suitable response as your customer service line wants $5.00 to answer my request!

Bad customer service

Can't speak to anyone in the phone and won't respond to email.Repeaded attempts to the email address have been made I get nothing in response I've sent the info they ask for and nothing happens.

I have to replace parts to offten. It is hard to get in torch with the Company.

The control box keep having to be replaced. It is almost impossible to talk to a service agent. The store where we bought it has closed.

Malouf, at 3800 Railport Parkway, Midlothian TX 76065 (a HomeDepot third party): I received a Brookside faux leather Chair on 12-6-21. SEE PHOTOS.

The chair arrived in a 3x recycled box, a very dirty box and very poorly Taped.

The inside had no cushioning, yet the chair traveled from Texas to Colorado. DO NOT RECOMMEND Malouf...

Customer states the chair appears new and has had no problems so Maloufs packaging in the box worked. Condition of the box is more indicitive of the common carriers handling during shipment. Don't believe Malouf deserves this low rating.
