Hello, I purchased two of your carbon cool it Omniphase pillows a year ago one of them completely fell apart and broke in half and the second one is already coming apart on the ends. I need to know the directions and steps on the five year warranty I see on the package I dont have the receipt but I bought it at a retailer you are contracted with and I wanna find out how to get my warranty.

Both are deteriorating, low quality, and Im very unsatisfied

I really don't like not being able to talk to a LIVE person. Not only did the pillow I payed for arrive with a knife slit in the protective cover, but your delivery service dropped it off at the end of my driveway by the road instead of driving up to my house!
I need someone to contact me letting me know you are sending me a replacement pillow. Also how to send this one back to you. I am beginning to think this company is a sham & needs to be reported. I would appreciate a suitable response as your customer service line wants $5.00 to answer my request!

I also ordered a mattress which came without any problems. Unfortunately, I paid for the pillow at the time of purchase.

Need Help to make a claim
Hi my base stop working like 4 months ago and I have been calling going to the store living messages and nothing. Im disable and really need my bed working and nobody is helping
I have to replace parts to offten. It is hard to get in torch with the Company.
The control box keep having to be replaced. It is almost impossible to talk to a service agent. The store where we bought it has closed.

Malouf, at 3800 Railport Parkway, Midlothian TX 76065 (a HomeDepot third party): I received a Brookside faux leather Chair on 12-6-21. SEE PHOTOS.
The chair arrived in a 3x recycled box, a very dirty box and very poorly Taped.
The inside had no cushioning, yet the chair traveled from Texas to Colorado. DO NOT RECOMMEND Malouf...

Customer states the chair appears new and has had no problems so Maloufs packaging in the box worked. Condition of the box is more indicitive of the common carriers handling during shipment. Don't believe Malouf deserves this low rating.
