I saw this ad on craigslist about great cleaning service at a reasonable price. Boy was I fold a young lady showed up ready to clean my townhome and I asked her if she needed someone else to help her and she said no I've been cleaning with my mom since I was young.
Well evidently her mama didn't teacher right. She started cleaning and she started upstairs prior to her starting I explained to her everything that I wanted done and she said no problem I'm able to do that. I went back behind her after she seen it she was done not only did she not vacuum to the rooms upstairs but she failed to mop the floor in the master bedroom, cleanout two drawers in the hallway bathroom, did not wipe the top of the refrigerator off, did not pull the refrigerator out to sweep behind it nor did she clean out the broiler pan in the oven. I had to remind her to go back upstairs and re-clean the blinds in the master bedroom that she stated she clean and to wipe out the window ledges.
I contacted Mike via email and received no response. it wasn't until I sent him a text message that he made excuses on why he wasn't giving me my money back. He also said best wishes but you will not receive a refund.
Clearly he doesn't know anything about customer service and he needs to maybe train his employees on cleaning properly as this young lady couldn't even remove the toilet stain but she claims she scrubbed which I don't believe her. Avoid this Company at all cost.
