Advised by Malloy Ford to put a new engine which created new issues

I took my 06 Ford 500 in to Malloy Ford in Winchester Va for a rattling noise coming from the engine. They couldn't find the problem and told me to continue driving until it got worse. Unhappy with that suggestion, I returned and told them to find the problem. They kept the car for a few wks. and told me I needed a new engine($6200). The engine ck. light had never come on nor the wrench light. However, they assured me a new engine was needed and would be better than buying a new car. So we agreed. After a few wks. they called to tell me I need a new pump in the transmission, an addtional $1400 for part only. I told them no way. They told me they were hunting a used or rebuilt part. I told them to let me know. They called me a wk or so later to tell me the car was ready. I asked about the pump and they told me the old pump was working fine with the new engine. I picked up the car and on my way home the engine check light came on. I returned to Malloy service and they told me it needed a reset. They turned the engine off and restarted and the lights went out. A few days later the lights came on again. I returned to Malloy and they told me that they seals in the transmission were leaking. I refused to pay since this never occurred before the new engine was installed. They made it good and on my way home again, the lights came on again. I immediately returned to Malloy and they kept the car for weeks and finally called to tell me I needed a new body valve. I argued that they were experimenting at my expense and they were liable. They told me if I would pay $1000, they would do the labor free. I told them that they caused these problems which were not existent before the new engine. They refused to make it good and told me to get my car off the lot within the week. I picked up my car and now the engine check light and wrench light comes on and sometimes the transmission won't change gears. I am out over 6k with my car worse than before. I contacted BBB, and weeks later, still no response. I contacted Ford Motor Co over a week ago, and still nothing. Now I am forced to purchase another vehicle and take the loss. I am upset with Malloy for the way they took me, and with BBB and especially Ford Motor for not responding to my issue.
