Undelivered Merchandise
I, too, ordered merchandise from MallCarts and never received the merchandise. I emailed the given email addresses only to receive no reply and of course the company does not list a customer service number.
What a ripoff...thank goodness I had a small order or I could have been out of a lot of money.
Lesson learned...the first item one should look for and call before ordering on-line is a valid phone number! Teresa

Placed an order on Jan 11, 2016. Charged my card.
Sent a confirmation, but never sent a shipping confirmation and never received the product. Sent email 4 times and there is no phone number for customer service. I want my product! Privacy policy says the website is run through yahoo.
I did not do any research on the company prior to buying...and sure wish I would have, I have never had this happen to me and purchase majority of items online. I think this is a total scam site. How do they make up a website and take peoples money and not deliver the product?
How does this happen? Isn't there some kind of policies out there to avoid this happening?????

Same story with me ..wish i saw these reviews before purchasing something from mallcarts.com.. ordered something over a month ago never got it tried emailing them ..no response at all.
What can i do about this? Can't i report this website to someone?

I HAVE TRIED FIVE TIMES BY E-MAIL TO CONTACT MALLCARTS CONCERNING AN ORDER I HAD MADE. THEY DO NOT ANSWER- THEY ARE A RIP-OFF--JUST TRYING TO GET YOUR CARD NUMBER.
STAY AWAY.

I ordered an item on my credit card November 2 nd and I was charged the amount out of my checking the next day, but I still have NOT received it and I have tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I tried their info.
com e mail and have found no phone to call. Guess I've been lucky as this is the first time this has happened to me. I'm just grateful it wasn't real expensive even tho I am living paycheck to paycheck. I will try to do better research before ordering from a new and untried sight.

I ordered several items from mallcarts.com with a brand new credit card that had only been used on their website. I reiterate: the credit card was not used elsewhere, neither in person nor online.
Not only did I not receive the products that were ordered, but the same credit card was subsequently used to make unauthorized, FRAUDULENT purchases on bestbuy.com.
Based on similar feedback on this and other website, I can only conclude that the person/people behind mallcarts.com are criminals. I reported this incident to the authorities, and I encourage everyone to do the same so that these crooks see justice.

Flags Review
Ordered 2 flags and did get a verification that my order went through, with e-mail receipt. Never heard from them.
They suck and there is NO way to contact them other than e-mail, with NO response.

I was ordering product from another company but switched to Mallcarts for posting the order
When ordering a product from another company, I was switched to Mallcarts to complete the order. After almost a month, nothing was received and I am not getting any response from Mallcarts after numerous emails.
I finally contacted the company direct that had the merchandise I was ordering and they said they hadn't had any orders through Mallcarts in quite some time and definitely not mine. They thought they were out of business. I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau next step. I don't believe they are a viable company.
The company that had the merchandise had no idea that orders were being switched to Mallcarts to finish the transaction. They are looking into that now.
Taken the money and run with it?
I, too, don't know what's with this company. I ordered merchandise totaling almost $100 in early November to be given as gifts and here, approaching mid January have received nothing.
I have tried contacting them by e-mail 3 different imes and have never received a response to any of my e-mails. I can't find any phone number listing for them anywhere either on their website on running a general search. What can be done about this company? Does anyone have any ideas?
I'd like to know whether they even exist? Has anyone gotten their orders?
I am livid and need my gifts.
Ordered in Feb., it's May never received order, no communication.
I ordered 6 picture frames in Feb.. It's May and I have never received them nor have I had any response from the company when I tried to contact them through e-mail.
There is no phone number available. No communication at all, and no picture frames. I had wanted these frames for an anniversary gift because they are a unique frame that I have used as part of my wife's gift every year. I was excited to see them available through this company because they are unique in their style.
I have since missed the intended date and now must keep looking. I just hate not being communicated with when there is a problem.
Mallcarts.com stinks
Approx. the beginning of November 2007, I ordered (a Christmas gift) from mallcarts.com.
Four weeks later, I hadn't received the item, so I emailed them at the addresses they provided in their original confirming emails. No response. Two weeks later I sent emails again. Again, no response, nothing, nada.
AFTER Christmas, on Jan, 11, 2008, I emailed them again. Still haven't heard a word. All they needed to do is email me letting me know the item was out of stock, or whatever the situation. But - not one word!!!!!!
Mallcarts needs a serious class in customer relations, or they need to fire some staff.
Right now, they STINK, and my advice is to stay away from them.
