Mall of the Emirates

On March 19, 2025, I visited your Mall of the Emirates boutique Chanel with the intention of making a purchase. However, my experience was deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of one of your sales associates, Sezym.

Despite arriving before other customers, I was made to wait for over an hour while others who came later were assisted first.

When I was finally attended to, Sezym was dismissive and rude, questioning my purchasing ability and making condescending remarks about my choices. When I requested to be assisted by another consultant, my request was ignored by the hostesses.

To make matters worse, I later overheard Sezym making inappropriate comments about me behind the door.

This experience was humiliating and upsetting, leaving me in tears before another consultant finally assisted me with professionalism and kindness. Such treatment is unacceptable for a luxury brand like Chanel, which prides itself on exceptional customer service.

I request that appropriate action be taken to prevent such incidents in the future and look forward to your response.
