Points/Promotions/Discounts issues
- - Points can’t be applied to the order; redeeming them counts as a promotion and blocks other promo codes.
Hello,
I had issue applying points to my order. Every time I selected points to apply to my order for discount the website restarted and no points applied to the order.
I reached out to customer services and below they response:

Unfortunately, our system will not allow multiple promo codes to be used upon check out.
If you wish to redeem points, this will be considered a promotion which you will not be able to apply the other promo codes.
So, this is the only Webstore in the entire US that count points as promotion - I am speechless... Are agree with me?
