Been trying to confirm my grandson's birthday party for this Saturday, the 10th, in Thornton, Colorado. It's been a lot of back and forth, promises that were not kept. It's a big party of 32 participants and 40 non-participants; it's a mess.

Price changes are not affordable. 4 kids, 200

Not worth the money for the time they get to play! We have 4 kids.
Paid 118.00. We had to pay for their cards. They played for less than an hour and the money was gone. Added to their card another hundred.
Compared to last years prices, which was about 40.00 per child, it is a total rip off. They were able to access most activities.
Today, some rides were down due to staffing and they couldnt do the arcade. So disappointing!

Booking problems

I tried to book a party for my daughter. Called the Bettendorf location they give me a phone number for a third party booking agency that never answered my call or returned it.
Called back again they give me a different number so I could book it no one answered the phone. Never got a call back. Wasted about an hour on my day trying to book this. Finally one of the employees at the Bettendorf location over with the system and booked me a party.
You should be able to call the location you want to attend and be able to book on site instead of transferred to a third party booking agent. I go to this place about every weekend with my daughter and I was very disappointed with what it took to book a party.
Probably won't go there on a weekly basis no more. The staff at that store are wonderful once you're there.

I spent over $200 for a great time. My son got a sword ball popper toy and opened it immediately because my other son was still playing.
The toy was defective, it had *** at the bottom so it didn't hold air to pop the balls out. I took it back immediately and asked to get another. The manager said they didn't do refunds, and I replied that I didn't want a refund, just an exchange. However, he said it would mess up their inventory and there was nothing he could do.
I'm pretty disappointed! Spending that much money for a probably $5 toy is ridiculous, but I know that's how it works.
I just think that when you bring a busted toy back immediately, there should be something you can do. This makes me not want to come back.

Poor safety for customers

My 18 year old daughter was inside when her car was robbed in their parking lot, taking her keys and all
Personal belongings. It was late and dark out.
She goes inside to have manager call police and they tell her they cant help and lock the doors closing the store while leaving her in the dark. I have learned after speaking to Police this is a high crime area in Lexington.
We will never be back! And they better be Thankful nothing happened to my child!

Racist harassment
- - Employee said beer was allowed; security harassed me.
- - My girlfriend rode in bumper cars; race stopped and she was told to exit; refund refused.
It started with an employee telling me I can bring a bottle can of beer on the floor and enjoy myself to security harassing me while telling me that employee lied. The second instadent was when my girlfriend who can't drive a car got into the bumper cars to drive while little kids that can barely see over the stearing weel drove the way they did and the employees helping them to get the car back in the parking zone they stopped the entire race and told my lady to get out of the bumper car we then talked to the manager of the Lexington kentucky branch and he refused to give us a refund instead of giving us our refund he suggested we come back and get a vip pass on him. I don't feel comfortable going back there interacting with them employees because I feel my freedom will be put in jeopardy
