Malibu C

I ordered the Swimmers Wellness kit (shampoo, conditioner, and Remedy packets). The cap on the shampoo bottle was loose with shampoo spilled out in the packaging.

I estimate that 2 - 3 uses were lost. The factory should do a better job at assuring the caps are on properly.

My package is missing the email said was delivered but i havent received it.it was not there in the mail box.tracking number is 833399****163529 my name is fulgencio lejao of {{Redacted}}

I used Malibu CPR to remove some residual blue color clenditioner from my ends, about 3 inches. It helped remove a lot of that color but IT TURNED MY NEWLY GROWN OUT 4 INCHES OF SILVER HAIR PINK!!!!

PLEASE HELP ASAP. What can I do? This is TRAUMATIC & I see that this happened to other women on your Facebook page & they r also Traumatized. I'm trying to go Silver & my hair is now a dirty pink.

All the other women have been asking u what to do & u have not answered them.

WHY R U NOT HELPING US?

I purchased Malibu color wellness products several times at fantastic

sams.I noticed each time I used the product I thought my hair was

getting dry.But I am allergic to propylene gycol and it didnt have that

in it.This is a vegan product that is natural and I thought it would

get better.I started loosing my hair over this and now it is so dry I

am having to go to another salon to get help and I went in to fantastic

sams and showed the manager my hair.I think I need to be compensated for my hair loss and expense.Very upset!!
