They were also filing fraudulant documents in Bankruptcy Courts in Nevada, Arizona, and California. They are committing fraud and perjury, it is just a matter of time, they will get caught eventually. Not all bankruptcy judges will be on their side, some will slip away to what we call good consience and back to being human again.
Let me just say that people like this do not just slip away especially when they have someone at the law firm who is a chapter 7 trustee. Which would be the cisneros half.
I would like to see them with handcuffs like News World Rebecca Brooks and the Murdochs. There is no one above the law.
They will get caught with the fraudulant papers they are filing accross the country as proofs. They can't lie or deny their fraud and perjury excuses because they have done it hundreds thousands time.
Homeowners will get their last laugh. Karma works.
They are filing fraudulant documents at the Recorders Home Office in Nevada, Arizona, and California. These 3 states have big foreclosure problems accross the country because of these people.
They manage four Companies at the same roof, they are Trustee Corps, MTC, Malcolm and Cisneros, and believe they manage Auction Delay.
These people are evicting people out of their homes illegaly without proper documentations and sell peoples properties for profits. Hope they will get caught soon before their damage in this country gets worse.
