Refund tickets
The movie was closed due to a power outage caused by a tornado that came through Rogers, Arkansas on 5/26/24. The power was out all day, and it is uncertain when it will be back on.

My wife drove me an hour from our home to the promenade malco to watch mission impossible part 1 the movie went off about six times and we were not offered anything for the inconvenience at all.

Rules
I was told that my kids couldnt see the flash or into the spider verse which are both PG-13 but told them they have to be 17 to go see the movie, but then turn around and charge them as adults, my kids dont pay bills!! Theyre kids!! Can someone please contact me about this situation because we had to walk out and Malco missed probably about $100 just in ticket sales because they wouldnt sell my 16 year olds tickets and I already saw the movies!
