  • - $600 deposit paid to hold an August design session.
  • - He refused the original design and kept the $600 deposit; prices changed.

Don’t pay a large deposit. He will steal your money if you insult him by not liking one of his designs.

I wanted to go with my original design and drone didn’t like that and decided to keep my money and refused to tattoo the design I actually wanted bc HE didn’t like it.

Don’t trust this company. Never pay a large deposit up front

WARNING Drone the owner stole $600 from me. I booked an appointment with him in Aug put a deposit down and he refused to provide the service because he did not like the design I originally wanted.

He said it was too much of an amateur tattoo. He also was upset that I didnt like any of his designs that he was forcing on me. Dont get me wrong his tattoos are nice but the way he does business is awful. I sent Drone a photo of what I wanted my tattoo to look like and asked how much he would charge to do something similar to it.

I did not want the exact design but something very similar to it. I thought I could work with drone to see if we could make a few slight changes so that the tattoo wouldnt look exactly the same. We ended up scheduling an appointment to go over the design. He switched the prices a few times which means he just makes up prices as he goes but anyway he said that I would have to put $600 deposit down to hold a booking spot for the design session.

I paid the $600 came in and the first thing he did when we sat down to go over the design was start bad talking the design that I thought we were there to make slight chances to. Instead of revising the actual design that I wanted and that we discussed HE hated it so he immediately went into a completely different design. Pretty much trying to get me to change my mind bc again HE wasnt a fan of the tattoo that I actually wanted. It was explained to me that we would have an appointment to go over the design and the $600 that I put down would go towards my tattoo if I booked an appointment after the design session.

It was also explained that i did not have to choose any of the designs that drone created if I didnt like any of them, as long as I booked an appointment the $600 would go towards that tattoo. After the design session there were no designs that drone created that I liked more than my original design. I messaged drone on IG after the design session and told him I wanted to book the tattooing session for the original design instead of the design he created and he told me no, he refused to give me the tattoo that I wanted bc the tattoo was amateur to him and that he didnt want to copy someone else. So basically bc I didnt choose one of his designs he refused services and refused to give me what l wanted bc HE didnt like it.

So even though I booked an appointment after the design session and he refused to tattoo me he kept the $600 that I paid and said he was keeping MY money for the time he spent coming up with designs. Screenshots are attached of our encounter. How is it fair to keep my $600 when the agreement was that if I scheduled an appointment to have a tattoo done after the design session that the $600 would go towards my tattoo session. Drone was basically trying to force me to get something on my body that I did not want.

I wanted the original design with a few changes. I never wanted the exact tattoo and if I did so what. Its my body, and my money that Im using to pay for the tattoo that I wanted. How is it that bc I didnt pick one of his designs that he gets to keep my money and not provide my tattoo?

And instead of giving me a refund after HE refused service he tries passing me off to someone else in his shop to give me the tattoo that I actual wanted. I told him no. If I wanted someone else to do it I would have booked an appointment w/ a different artist. How do you pass me off to someone else and still keep my $600.

he still has my money to this day and has not provided me a tattoo.

Beware of this dude. He was a huge disappointment.
