When I got to the register, the cashier made me remove my box from the cart he was transferring my stuff to saying, ""It' going to be in the way". I had 13 items and a plastic bag. One item was a 12-pk soda; the largest thing. The rest were things like 1 ear of corn, 1 banana, a jar of pickles, and a jar of marshmallow creme.
What is wrong with public service people nowadays!?! My box wasn't much bigger than a piece of notebook paper and he couldn't work around it with 13 items!?!

I am writing the angry review for the second time. In my view, for some time, the company has started to practice theft of customers' money. Several times large amount of money disappeared from my son's phone without any transactions. Twice it was about $40-$50 all over sudden.

I ordered two of the Lip Kits and upon receiving, one of the lip liners was broken. I emailed Customer Service and their response was to sharpen the liner.
I emailed them back and said that I didn't think they understood that the product came damaged and they again sent me a response that said sharpen the liner.
You would think a beauty mogul like Kylie Jenner could afford to send out a undamaged lip liner, I even relayed that I would send the damaged product back, but they just keep telling me to sharpen it. I will never order again!!

I have returned to packages and the amounts where not taken of my charge. Plus you keep charges on my account which i had never ordered.
Also you charged me $30.00 to cancel any connection with your Co. Please fix these problems of I will have to notify the BBB.
