Consumers are not pleased with Reliability and Turnaround Time. The price level of this organization is high according to consumer reviews.
Where’s my order
Purchased 3 items the end of May 2025. Today is the 14 th of June.
No products. Tried to contact Makesy found that I could only send a message/email. Unable to speak with someone I found that they would reply in 72 hours.
Received a message from Makesy apologizing for the delayed shipment, but no reason why nor when it would b shipped. Still waiting, they debited my card way back in May and no product , no explanation, and no estimated shipment.

I placed an order November 3. I still have not received my order nor does it even show that it has processed or shipped.
I have tried emailing Makesy 2 times in the past 5 days with NO RESPONSE and Live Chat. I waited over an hour for someone to come online to the chat and no one ever did. I tried calling the number from this website and it is busy ALWAYS. This company is the WORST.
You should always have someone answering the phones and taking care of customers. I will look to replace everything I purchase from this company with other suppliers who actually care about customers. I have heard over the years so many other makers having issues with this company and well as I have also in the past. This time of year is not the time to ghost customers, this is when we make our money.
YOU should hire more people if you can't handle the volume. I would never treat my customers this way.

They have awful customer service. I placed an order for Christmas, received an email days later indicating it was in progress, but they were delayed; therefore, I clicked on my order.
When I checked the order, I saw it has been cancelled the day I ordered it by Makesy, but they never issued a refund or any notification of cancellation. It took almost a week for a response once I emailed them, and they now claim they are processing a refund which may take up to ten days. They claim they are aware of their issues and will do better in 2025. I would recommend staying far away from this company.
Very shady. Very disappointed with them. Oh! And there is no phone number to contact them!
It only rings busy and I had to carry out an internet search to find it in the first place - it's not listed on their site. Steer clear of Makesy!

First of all they are often are out of fragrances but will sell you them anyways. If it takes 4 elements to make a candle and you order all 4 from them it will take them 6 months to complete the order so you are stuck with glass, no wicks, no fragrance...you get the picture. There is not ETA and replies to request for ETA then no response and no phone number for a refund!!

Missing order
Waited patiently 15 days for my order to track it and find out that they had the address changed at the FedEx hub about 5 miles from my home and then shipped it to another city to somebody else five hours away. Cant get a hold of anybody cant chat so now I have to wait until they respond to my form and by then its probably too late because the supplies was supposed to be for Christmas present, so thanks Maksey

Placed order 12/4to get in time for Christmas. Recieved part order 12/14 remainder still not received to date 12/18.
Per tracking order just left CA 7:30a on 12/18.

Dont insist you sent your when you havent filled it completely. Use one person to communicate with not multiple different people. You said my order was complete but yet you dont have items to fill my order can we substitute

I can't seem to log into my account to make this payment I have been trying to log into my account and it keeps saying you can find that account even though you have emailed me at that email many, many, MANY times. I hate a delinquent payment, I am at my wits end trying to get someone there to get back to me to help me with this dilemma.
Really you guys made a big mistake taking your customer service telephone down, not everyone is under 30 and versed in emails and texting. Please get in touch so I can make a payment

Verified Reviewer |Unsafe Practices & Failure To Commit To Policy
We spend thousands with this company monthly and their quality control has gone downhill. The customer service is decent, but they don't talk via phone which is bad business.
We ordered much needed wood wicks 10 days ago and they still haven't shipped.It's not like their coming from Europe! In addition, we've received numerous fragrance oils that have not been sealed or packaged properly only to spill out in the box all over stuff and had to be replaced. Brambleberry packages great! They seal the bottles with electric tape and then secure them so they don't shift during shipping.
I'm retired from the airlines of 33 (Customer Service Supervisor) and honestly, this is a bad business model. They should be contacting their warehouse in Texas and addressing this. They could potentially be fined by all U.S carriers that transport their fragrances due to violation of the Hazardous Materials clause. This goes for both Air/Land.
I hope someone in their company addresses this before they lose customers and get hit with heavy fines. We love the products when they arrive in good order even though they are a bit over priced. Updated: 8/24/23. I just lodged a complaint with the BBB.
In addition to all of this, I also paid for 2 day shipping to get much needed wicks in and now they are to arrive 8/28/23 (I placed the order 8/22/23). Again, unacceptable.

Preferred solution: A call from the CEO or CFO with an apology and assurance they are going to do better. I would also like a refund on the 30.00 two day air cost since the product didn't arrive within the two days.

Products are hit and miss. Customer Service is terrible!
I have decided to change my line because the shipping for the past two years is slow as molasses. Other suppliers ship items and you have it in 4-5 days.
I live in the same state and should only take 3 days to get to me. My items stay stagnant and it is affecting my business.
I gave them too many chances to get this right and nothing has changed. Rather buy from a reliable company.
User's recommendation: Don't let the Brand Aesthetics fool you! Like gold plated jewelry, looks shiny initially but when you get to the core of integrity of this company it is shotty.

Where is my order that was promised in 2-7 days?! But now almost 3 weeks late!!
Order still hasnt shipped and was promised 2-7 days. It is now going on 3 weeks or still no order received let alone shipped!!! I am about to lose my store and customers because of this companies nonsense!!!

My first red flag should have been no phone number on the website only a form or live chat. They love to pull Bait and switch selling techniques.
I bought wooden wicks they cost 13.00 before tax for 100 of them shipping g was over 20.00 bucks for this single item. I had to have them so I bought it. But after thi king about it I knew they couldn't weigh much and should not have been 20 bucks to ship. They arrived inweighed them they were less than 4 ounces!
Also the shipping label said first class though they charged me for priority which is where the bait and switch comes in. I have been attempting to get a refund for the package I sent back for well over 2 weeks now. They did give me a refund of the difference on the shipping types but live chat takes forever to get through.
Thier form you may not even get a response on it! They are over priced and rip.people off charging them at least 8.00 more in shipping
