BAIT and SWITCH

I was on Facebook and saw an eyeshadow advertised. It was $24, I was paying with apple pay.

When the amount showed $24.00, I paid. THen it charged an additional 8.95 shipping charge that was NO WHERE on charge total of the additional shipping charge. When I got the order email, it was noted that amount. I would not have bought it if I was going pay over 1/3 of the product.

(eye shadow, none the less) for shipping. I would have looked on Amazon for Prime free shipping. THere is no contact phone number ANYWHERE digitally - I immediately wrote them an email asking them to cancel the order. Coincidently, they make you wait up to 2 days to get a response.

And a few hours later, I get an email the shadow has shipping.

This is "dirty" business and I will be sending it back and disputing it with my credit card. :(

Next time do your homework first. Then dump Facebook as your source for information.

She won’t have to. Her Facebook will probably be hacked by the end of the month.

Then we will see her post here about “I have no idea what happened. I tried to recover my account but funny thing can’t remember email, funny thing the phone number was an old phone I lost.” Rinse/repeat
