Dirty filthy hotel

I checked in and went to my room and the bathroom was full mold and dirty. The kitchenette was disturbing gross. The bed were sloppy made. I went to front office and they exchanged my room i we first to inspect it and was a lil bit more cleaner. But it was on the 2 nd floor and my sister that was traveling with me was not able to go up the stairs and the elevator was only for the other side. I went back and ask the guy in the front desk how was I able to get my sister up there and his response was I didnt know your sister was handicapp so they gave another room omg!!! It was just as filth as the first. I then ask my husband to deal with them because I was about to lose my temper. Due to the lady in the back whispers - oh give her money back she will not going to be satisfied finally we ended up staying in that room one of the lady came in with bleach and did her best to clean the mold this hotel has so many code violations its crazy no one health dept has not closed this place for mold and faulty electrical violations.. User's recommendation: DONT COME HERE!!!!
